Air Canada

학회 발표때문에 오타와에 갈 일이 생겼는데, 불친절하다는 항간의 소문과는 달리 첫 3번의 비행은 유쾌했다. 물론 국내선의 그 친절한 승무원 덕분에 더 즐거웠을지도.
그러나 돌아오는 AC 63편의 불친절한 승무원들은 나로 하여금 장문의 claim letter를 쓰게 만들었다. 사실 별 기대를 하지 않고 작성한 claim letter였지만, 오늘 받은 Air Canada의 답변은 대단히 친절했다. 덕분에 Air Canada에 대한 인상이 많이 구겨지지는 않은 것 같다.

On the contrary to the rumor that the service of Air Canada is not that good,  I really enjoyed my flight between Ottawa and Vancouver, especially thanks to the kind flight attendant. However, I experienced very unpleasant flight on the way back to Seoul, due to unpleasant In-flight personnel of AC 63. I wrote complain letter to Air Canada, but I didn't really expect too much. But their response was very polite and sincere. Yes, they helped me to recover good impression on Air Canada despite of those unpleasant people.
